Level 4, Advanced Therapy Dog & Handler Certification
Comprises two full days workshopping interactions and developing a one-hour programme to deliver as your final community visit and assessment
Course Content
The Advanced Level 4 course is the final assessment for advanced visiting/therapy/school dog certification. Students get to practise their canine assisted interventions and practise with a range of scenarios. They will implement the neurobiological model learnt on the Level 3 course with their dogs off lead.

Advanced Course
Level 4
This course is open to Level 3 Graduates with current Certification only. By purchasing this course you are buying the Full Level 4 course. The practical days and community visit are completed in person (Melbourne, Australia) with Lead The Way training instructors.
Successful completion leads to Certification as an Advanced Therapy (or school, or visiting) Dog and Handler Team competent to deliver play-based, goal-focussed interventions within the scope of your professional practice.
Advanced Visiting Dog Course
Pre-requisite: - Visit Lead The Ways website (www.leadthewayinstitute.com.au) to:
1/ Read the terms and conditions for this course.
2/ Ensure your dog meets the suitability requirements for visiting dog temperament.
3/ You and Your dog have fully completed the Level 3 course and your dog is working well off lead under distraction.
