Assessment Content

The certification assessment is completed over two half days. Friday AM or PM ( you will be allocated either morning or afternoon) and Saturday AM. This assessment is for those wanting to re-certify their visiting/therapy/school dog and for those wishing to certify their dog for the first time at level 2 visiting dog.

Certification Assessment

The certification assessment is completed face to face in Melbourne, Australia. There is some availability for online re-certification for interstate participants (every two years) however conditions apply. Please see Lead The Way's website for terms and conditions.

Pre-requisite: - Visit Lead The Ways website (www.leadthewayinstitute.com.au) to: 

1/ Read the terms and conditions for this assessment. 

2/ Ensure your dog meets the suitability requirements for visiting/therapy/school dog temperament.
